Why Veal?

Because that is what I am slowly turning into. As is most America. The office cubes that most of us work in, unmoving the most part, eight hours a day make great veal farms.

So call me a drama queen to compair myself to hapless little veal calves, but in the end, their journey will be to become tasty main dishes on supper tables everywhere, where the end journey of most Americans will not be as nearly glorious, ending instead with two paramedics and a rib spreader.
